So it has been an extremely long time since I posted and I am happy to say that I now have a camera so I can have pictures to go with my posts as well. I have a ton of posts, but for now I'll just give a quick update with a few pictures. On Friday we took a trip up to Salt Lake because the San Juan football team was playing in the state championship game on Saturday. Since Blake is a coach we got to stay in a hotel courtesy of Coach Lee. When we got to Spanish Fork, we stopped and visited with Blake's sister Michelle and her two boys Gavin and Cameron for about an hour. Then we headed to IKEA where we had some much needed shopping to do. Oh and just a side note, my brother and his wife let us borrow their tahoe so we would have more room for our big purchases. We ended up doing quite a bit of damage leaving with a new bed and mattress for Cole, and a new table with two stools. We would have bought Brady his new bed but there wasn't enough room. We'll get it next time. We went up to the hotel which was in Sandy and hung around for a bit. We were right across the road from the mall so I went by myself and was able to buy myself a couple new pair of pants. I got home and after getting the boys settled down went to bed.
It was supposed to be cold and snowy the next day at the football game but when we woke up it was really nice. Brady and I were at the game until half-time and then we left because it was like a blizzard. Blake called me a little while later with the good news that the team had won the state championship! After I went and picked up Blake and Cole and the school we drove down to Spanish Fork to Blake's brother Brad's house. We were just going to have dinner and head out but it took a little longer than expected and we decided it would be better to wait until morning. We are glad we did because the road were very good and we made really good time.
